During my recent Xmas stay, there were a few things that I appreciated about the hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more enjoyable. the hotel was located in an area with many dining options within walking distance, allowing us to try different types of local cuisine. Lastly, the hotel offered a free shuttle service that took us to our desired location or attraction.
There were several negative aspects of my experience. the hotel had limited English channels, which made unwinding in the room difficult.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel during my business trip for the Canton Fair. the location was convenient, with a good bus stop nearby and several restaurants of medium quality within walking distance. the room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a decent selection of food, and the view from the room was pleasant.
The gym facilities were lacking, which was a disappointment.

the hotel has definitely exceeded my expectation. despite a not-so-convenient location (but then you can always take the BRT at the station nearby and get to everywhere within 15-30 minutes), i basically love everything in this hotel! the room is clean and well-decorated. and i must say that the customer service is amazing! when i called them in the middle of the night, asking for some LAN wires, they've brought me a router (for wireless connection); and when i later called them again for some sockets, they've brought me what i needed and insisted to wait outside the room until i've checked that the socket functioned well! seriously, i've never expected to have this kind of service for RMB$190 (~US$30) per person per night. oh, and did i mention that their breakfast buffet was amazing?

Room Service is very good. Non-smoking Floor. Water flow at shower is good.
The pillow is way too soft, I can't sleep well. In the evening, outside room is very noisy due to staff cleaning or vacuuming. Very old model TV even in Business Suite Room. Toilet bowl after flushing still flowing (I have to stand that to adjust the flush handle to prevent wastage of water). Management staffs (wearing black coat) sometime taking the same lift with us didn't greet or smile on their face (showing proud and arrogance attitude as if they are big shot).

I had a great stay at this place during my recent trip. The location is ideal, with several restaurants of medium quality nearby. It was also conveniently close to the local nightlife scene. The room amenities were top-notch, with a wide range of facilities including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a dressing area. I appreciated the in-room safe, which provided added security for my belongings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service overall was excellent. I was also pleased to find that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi in public areas, which was a major plus.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. There's also a large park nearby, making it a great choice for families. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The gym is not well-equipped, so don't expect to get a decent workout. the food options were limited and not very appealing to Western tastes.
